📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and credit notes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Track and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Manage customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts receivable reports to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger and related records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports as required.
• Stay updated with relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
