📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the complete demolition process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Utilize advanced software like Autodesk AutoCAD and BIM 360 for efficient project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition projects, with a proven track record in managing large-scale demolitions.
• Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk AutoCAD and BIM 360.
