📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
