PT Sinergi Jaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and disputes.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus.
