📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event logistics are in place.,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.,Oversee food and beverage service during events.,Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Prepare and present event reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
