📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in managing HR teams and processes.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and HR practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
