Depot Zahra Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sous Chef to join our team. As the Lead Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. This is a full-time position located in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products and services.,Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of food supplies.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle any food safety or quality issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing a team and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Knowledge of local and international culinary techniques and trends.
