📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to, PLCs, CNC machines, and automated systems.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work under the supervision of experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in various manufacturing tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and CNC machines is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
