PT Marenc International Technologies is looking for a dedicated R&D Laboratory Technician or Formulation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting laboratory tests and experiments to ensure product quality and consistency.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and materials.,Assisting in the development and formulation of new products.,Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.,Collaborating with the R&D team to achieve project goals and timelines.,Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Participating in team meetings and providing updates on project progress.,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or R&D environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Laboratory skills including analytical techniques and equipment operation.Experience with formulation and product development.Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards.Attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in using laboratory software and data analysis tools.Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation.
