📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Participate in menu planning and cost control to optimize profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
