📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical drawings.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project efficiency.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.,Ensure health and safety compliance on all construction sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction projects.,Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
