📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate departments.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with reservations and table assignments.,Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.,Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant premises.,Assist with event planning and coordination when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
