📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.,Design and develop social media graphics, including posts, banners, and ads.,Create and maintain a design library to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of designs.,Assist in the development of brand guidelines and visual identity for new projects.,Work with the content team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.,Prepare and present design concepts to the marketing team for feedback and approval.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.,Familiarity with social media platforms and design best practices for digital marketing.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
