PT Media Logistik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's branding and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute special events and promotions.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Ensure all staff adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Ability to create and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
