📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and leave administration.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
