📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress using educational software and traditional assessment methods
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction
- Utilize interactive whiteboards and other educational tools to enhance the learning experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood or elementary education
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with educational software and interactive whiteboards
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to student development
- Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently
