📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
