📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance nursing skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure the nursing department is well-stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, BLS).,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Experience in managing a team of nursing staff.
