📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant facility.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
