As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates for our job openings. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the right fit for our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and reference checks.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
