📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and critical positions.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor market and cultural nuances.
