Hokian Tono Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide accurate and timely financial information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage vendor payments,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Provide financial reports and insights to support business decision-making,Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
