📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings for the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Handle and manage guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with receptionist software and tools.
