Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse operations and support the expansion of Shopee's logistics network.,Conduct feasibility studies and create design specifications for new warehouse facilities and operational processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.,Oversee the implementation of solutions, including project management, risk management, and quality assurance.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce logistics.,Provide technical guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, warehouse operations, or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.,Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize warehouse operations.,Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and a good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.
