📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Manage and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in cost control and menu planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to manage and train staff.,Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends.
