📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, using QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards.
• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide financial advice and support to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
