📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct community assessments to identify key needs and opportunities for empowerment.
• Design and implement community empowerment programs that address social, economic, and environmental challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community meetings to engage and educate participants.
• Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using data-driven approaches to measure impact.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on program progress and achievements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and local leaders.
• Stay informed about best practices in community empowerment and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, program implementation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and empowerment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with community members.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex community issues.
• Familiarity with local customs, traditions, and cultural contexts in Sulawesi Tengah.
