📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire mortgage loan process from application to closing, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Review and process loan applications, including verifying customer information and credit history.
• Coordinate with various departments such as underwriting, legal, and closing to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Utilize LoanPro and Mortgage Manager to manage and track loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and customer information.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a similar role.
• Proven experience with LoanPro and Mortgage Manager.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
