As our Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's ethical culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote ethical behavior and compliance. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, and for providing guidance and support to our employees and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on ethical and compliance matters.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to the pharmaceutical and health insurance sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
• Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on ethical and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical and health insurance sectors.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Pharmaceutical Goods Act and the Health Insurance Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
