🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven track record of success in consumer lending, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of digital lending solutions and fintech innovation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in consumer lending or fintech.
• Familiarity with lending software and tools, such as Core Lending Systems, Lending Club, and Prosper.
