📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical equipment, machines, and systems according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of mechanical components.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide technical support and training to junior staff on mechanical systems and equipment.
Document all maintenance activities and equipment status for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical fitting, installation, and maintenance.
Proven experience with mechanical equipment, machines, and systems.
Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and various specialized equipment.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality control standards.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid certification in mechanical fitting, installation, and maintenance (preferred).
